Rhazes Telehealth: Booking Online Appointment System

Project Description:
Developed a telehealth platform for Rhazes Telehealth, enabling patients to book appointments with medical consultants and receive online consultations. The project was inspired by the need for accessible healthcare solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic and aimed to provide a convenient and safe way for patients to connect with healthcare professionals. The platform requires patients to subscribe to access services.
Personal Highlights:
- Integrated Google Calendar and Google Meet API to automate appointment scheduling and facilitate online consultations.
- Integrated a membership system to manage user subscriptions and restrict access to paid services.
- Implemented a robust appointment booking system using WP Amelia Booking plugin, streamlining the scheduling process for both patients and consultants.

Client Consultation:
Consulted with the client to understand their vision for the telehealth platform, including current needs and future plans for online pharmacy integration.
Website Design:
Designed the user interface and user experience for the platform, focusing on ease of use and accessibility for patients.
Front-End Development:
Developed the front-end of the platform, ensuring a user-friendly interface for booking appointments, managing consultations, and accessing medical information.
Back-End Development:
- Integrated and configured WP Amelia Booking plugin to manage appointment scheduling, consultant profiles, and patient data.
- Set up Membership Pro plugin to manage user subscriptions and access control.
- Integrated Google Calendar and Google Meet with WP Amelia Booking to enable automated appointment scheduling and online consultations. This involved synchronizing appointments with consultants’ Google Calendars and generating Google Meet links for online consultations.
Ecommerce Integration:
Integrated WooCommerce to facilitate the future implementation of an online pharmacy, allowing for the sale of medications and healthcare products.
